Frank Recruitment Group is a specialist technology recruitment company operating through a network of niche brands across the globe. The goal of this project was to unify its visual identity, strengthen brand recognition, and create a cleaner, more consistent user experience across all marketing channels. The updated design system focused on clarity, accessibility, and a tone that reflects the company’s people-first values.

My Role
As Global Head of Design, I led the creative direction, design execution, and rollout of the refreshed identity. This involved working closely with marketing and brand teams to align visual standards across international offices, develop a scalable asset library, and define clear design principles that would guide future brand activity.

Creative Direction
The new identity adopted a bright, open visual language built around light backdrops, generous white space, and straightforward typography to improve legibility and user flow. Photography played a central role, using natural, candid imagery of real people in work environments to reflect authenticity and approachability. The overall aesthetic was designed to feel professional yet human, reinforcing the brand’s focus on relationships and trust within the tech recruitment sector.

Results
The redesign delivered a cohesive and flexible identity that strengthened consistency across all global communications and brand touchpoints. The cleaner layout and refined hierarchy improved readability across digital and print materials, while the unified visual system positioned Frank Recruitment Group more effectively within the competitive technology recruitment market.
